General Membership
•Membership is based on self-selection of natural food businesses who are attracted to the values and goals of the group. This includes growers, brokers, distributors, wholesalers, producers, processors, manufacturers, and retailers including restaurants and stores.
•Membership is restricted to businesses with operations or offices in Lane County, Oregon.
•Membership is for businesses and not individuals.

A decision will be determined by a simple majority of those casting ballots.
•Membership requires payment of yearly dues, the amount of which is determined by the board.
•Members are expected to commit to the mission statement and values of the association.
•Should a question arise regarding a party's eligibility for membership, that question will be decided by a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
