Membership is for natural food businesses who share the values and goals of the Alliance. Members include growers, brokers, distributors, wholesalers, producers, processors, manufacturers, retailers and restaurants. Membership is restricted to businesses with operations or offices in Lane County, Oregon.

Membership is for businesses, not individuals, and membership carries with it the privilege of voting in Alliance elections. A business may choose to sponsor one individual who is not associated with that business but who share the values of the Alliance and would like to participate in its activities. The sponsored member has full voting privileges.

While a business has only one vote in Alliance elections, it may have more than one representative active in Alliance activities. Membership does require annual payment of dues, currently set at $35/year. Dues are based on the calendar year and are not pro-rated if an organization joins mid-year.
